Following the cessation of production of the Guy "Quad Ant" Field Tractor in late 1943 a decision was taken to utilise the components of this vehicle to produce both a new Four Wheel Drive General Service Truck and 6pdr. Anti-Tank Gun Tractor variant. Production began in early 1944 with a total of 3,878 built. Early vehicles retained the 10.50 x 20" tyres of the FAT but some later vehicles had 16" tyres fitted. Although using the same 3.68Ltr. Petrol engine of the 4x2 Guy Ants of the early war years, as the chassis of the "Quad Ant" Field Tractor was used, this vehicle, with a fully enclosed cab, had a different and distinctive look and was longer, wider and higher than those early vehicles

All Goods remain the property of Milicast Model Company until paid for in full. Goods may only be returned by prior arrangement at the recipients' expense. Delivery and insurance charges are non-refundable. Claims for damaged/missing items should be made within seven days of receipt.
Any products purchased 'second hand’, (without proof of direct Milicast Model Company supply, or supply from an Milicast Model Company approved dealer, shop or agent), or any products part assembled or part worked on in any way, are not covered by this returns policy. Under these circumstances no returns will be accepted, however we may quote for the supply of parts to restore the product to full inventory.
