Churchill Mk.I/II/III with Deep Wading Trunking - Dieppe Raid
On August 19th, 1942, a major amphibious raid was carried out on the French port of Dieppe by British and Canadian forces. Modified Churchill Mk. I, II & III's, plus three Churchill OKE Flamethrowers, took part in the attack. A number of changes were made to the hulls of these tanks, which included a modified exhaust systems, Deep Wading Trunking and the removal of turret bins. Thus, these tanks differed substantially from the original designs. Optional parts are included to make either Mark I, II or III.
