Humber LRC Mk.IIIA
The Humber Light Reconnaissance Car series, was manufactured by the Rootes Group, based on the Humber Super Snipe chassis, with 3600 built, including 200 " Ironsides", between 1940 to 1943. The Mk.III, externally the same as the Mk.II but with four-wheel drive entered service in late 1941, with the Mk.IIIA becoming available in 1943. The Mk.IIIA differed from the earlier Mk.III by the removal of the rear stowage box for a Spare Wheel and the additional visors in the front hull sides plus a stowage box on the rear-right side. Fitted with a No. 19 radio set. it was used by Infantry Reconnaissance Regiments, the RAF Regiment and the 1st Czechoslovak Independent Armoured Brigade Group. Along with the Mk.IIIA they saw action in Tunisia then later in Sicily, Italy and NW Europe. After the war, some vehicles remained in British service in India and in the Far East.

Any products purchased 'second hand’, (without proof of direct Milicast Model Company supply, or supply from an Milicast Model Company approved dealer, shop or agent), or any products part assembled or part worked on in any way, are not covered by this returns policy. Under these circumstances no returns will be accepted, however we may quote for the supply of parts to restore the product to full inventory.
