This unusual set is aimed at supplying the markings for many of the vehicle types often neglected by the plastic manufacturers and therefore left to companies like us to fill in the gaps.
In this instance DTM have decided to stay on their usual Normandy theme and have concentrated on the vehicles used on and around Sword Beach on D-Day.
This set contains 5 Deep Wading Carriers; 3 Jeeps (including an ambulance); 2 CMP HU Ambulances; 2 Dozer D7; 1 Sherman BARV; an M10 Tank Destroyer (3"); M9 Halftrack; and an Austin K5 truck - 15 vehicles in all!
As acknowledged by Dan Taylor, the set relies heavily on the work of AFPU photographers, particularly Sgt. Jimmy Mapham, who recorded that epic day in pictures, particularly around the loading of Landing Crsaft at Shoreham, on Sword beach itself, and at Hermanville la Breche.

All Goods remain the property of Milicast Model Company until paid for in full. Goods may only be returned by prior arrangement at the recipients' expense. Delivery and insurance charges are non-refundable. Claims for damaged/missing items should be made within seven days of receipt.
Any products purchased 'second hand’, (without proof of direct Milicast Model Company supply, or supply from an Milicast Model Company approved dealer, shop or agent), or any products part assembled or part worked on in any way, are not covered by this returns policy. Under these circumstances no returns will be accepted, however we may quote for the supply of parts to restore the product to full inventory.
