AEC Mk.II/III Armoured Car (Optional Parts)
Following the success of the AEC Mk. I version, it was decided to upgrade the vehicle when the new 6pdr. Gun became available. The opportunity was also taken to redesign the hull and to fit an improved diesel engine giving an impressive top speed of 41mph for such a big vehicle. The Mk. III was an improved version of the Mk. II, with 507 of both Marks being built. It differed from the earlier version in having a redesigned Turret to take the new British 75mm gun. Both marks saw service in Italy and NW Europe. A limited number of Mk.IIs were supplied to the Yugoslavian Partizans in 1944. Either the Mk. II or Mk. III may be built from this kit using the optional parts provided.

Any products purchased 'second hand’, (without proof of direct Milicast Model Company supply, or supply from an Milicast Model Company approved dealer, shop or agent), or any products part assembled or part worked on in any way, are not covered by this returns policy. Under these circumstances no returns will be accepted, however we may quote for the supply of parts to restore the product to full inventory.
