SAS Jeep (NW Europe)

This model represents the heavily modified Jeeps as used by the SAS in the campaigns throughout NW Europe in 1944/5. (See UK77 for historical data on the SAS.) These vehicles mainly differed from the earlier jeeps used in North Africa (UK77), by the addition of an armoured front screen with spotlamp/gun mount, plus two large armoured fuel tanks fitted in the rear. We make two figures sets specifically to enhance these NW European SAS Jeeps.
