1:76 Mulberry Harbour Concrete "Beetle" Pontoon

This is the first of a series of "Beetle" pontoon types to be produced and was the most commonly used to carry the Whale Roadway sections. It is an all resin kit totalling 37 parts complete with building instructions, painting diagram, and a schematic diagram showing how the roadway is seated. The second model in the DTM range – more accurately range of models – is a set of Mulberry Harbour components in 1/76 scale. These models are based on a set of extensive engineering drawings used to build the original components and have been referenced with wartime photographs and survey's of some of the exhibits still on display in Normandy. All models are supplied in resin with etched brass details as appropriate. They each come with fully illustrated instructions with painting instructions.
