are several way to purchase from the Milicast
Model Company.
Shop and Buy Online
The first method is to use our new online shop. Here you can
browse through our entire catalogue of models, adding them
to your virtual shopping basket as you go. You can then pay
for the items through our online payment system which accepts
all major credit and debit cards. The system will also allow
you to pay with PayPal (our account
is milicastmodels@hotmail.com), although it is best to check
the availability first when using this method.
NB: Please note, the checkout area of our
online shop is protected by a dedicated SSL Certificate. Please
look for the golden padlock symbol on the page when placing
your order as confirmation of the secure status of this website.
Please
allow upto 14 days for delivery unless specifying a Special
Delivery option.
By
Telephone
We can be contacted by telephone 6 days a week, Monday to
Saturday between 10am and 4.30pm., and will happily accept
orders or discuss our product ranges. Telephone: 00
44 (0) 141 633 1400. If we are unable to take your
call leave your contact number on our answerphone and we will
'phone you back later.
Snail Mail
Alternatively, fill in this
order form including all your details; your chosen method
of payment and the postage rate you prefer from the table
below. Quote the relevant order numbers of the items
you wish to purchase and print out the form.

We
stock thousands of our own products

Our
office is open Monday to Saturday 10.00am to 4.30pm. Note
that we take Public Holidays and attend a number of Exhibitions.
It is prudent to 'phone ahead
if visiting.
The Milicast Model Company is UK registered for Value Added
Tax (VAT) in compliance with Customs and Excise regulations
in the United Kingdom.
Therefore all prices* include VAT.
For
transactions outwith the UK and the European Union a much
reduced Shipping Tariff has been introduced to help offset
the increase. If you live outside the EU you will pay only
£4.95 (£6.95 maximum) with £9.95 (£12.95
maximum) being the rates for customers who prefer an Insured/Tracked
delivery system.
*Note however that If ordering AB Figures, since their prices
have not been increased even though Milicast must still pay
the VAT due, then the normal published AB shipping tarrif
will apply. Customers paying by PayPal and not adding the
required postage ammount will have the order ammended to reflect
the correct shipping rate. We appreciate that the shipping
cost shown on our on-line order system does not show the AB
rates but they are clearly shown on the appropriate pages.

previously stated we attend a number of Exhibitions and we

page nearer to the actual date. We usually attend at the following

Methods of Payment
We accept all major Credit and Debit cards including American
Express. PayPal is also accepted,
but please check for availability before paying by
PayPal. If you prefer not to use our online
payment facilities, you can pay for your order by any of the

Cheques, Postal Orders (UK &
Canada only) I.M.O's.,
Cash (Sterling, US Dollars & Euro's only,
which must be sent by Registered Mail)
International GIRO - Account
(No. 1557769)
Regretfully £8.00 Sterling must be added to cover cheques
drawn on Banks outwith the U.K.
However Milicast will absorb the charges levied when using
Credit/Debit Cards or PayPal..

If only buying decals then add 10% P&P Worldwide (Minimum
£1.00), or if cheaper to you retain the Milicast
Shipping Rate shown. (Note that this can only be done

Milicast Shipping Rates shown to the correct

We must stress that any kits lost or damaged in the
post will only be
replaced if the optional Special Delivery/Accelerated
Delivery Services (with Insurance) has been
paid by the customer.
If an Insured/ Tracked option is not used by the customer
and the goods are lost or damaged in transit then
we
will forward a claim to Royal Mail on your behalf
for compensation and pass any and all of the ammount
received
to the customer.
Please
note that Royal Mail will not accept any claim for
loss until after 21 days have elapsed from date of
postage.
