Details: A total of
610 of the Demag D7 one ton Halftracks (G133) were converted
to carry either the 20mm FlaK30 (G178) or FlaK38 (G179).
Ramps were
carried on the front of the vehicles to allow the gun
to be removed from the vehicle for ground mount firing
but this system was seldom employed in the latter years.
Encountered on all fronts they were often used in the
ground support role.
Later these
vehicles had armoured protection for the drivers compartment
and for the vurnerable radiator, and our highly detailed
model comes complete with this optional armour and with
the SdAh51 Ammunition Trailers. The kit also ncludes
a Brass Fret with the mesh fold down sides.

gun is available seperately as BAR20.
