vehicles were built between 1938 and 1944. Designed primarily
as heavy tank recovery vehicles to tow the 24ton Tank
Transporter Trailer (G121),
or to tow Panzer III or IV's either individually or in
tandem (it took three to tow a Tiger) or as the prime
mover for the 21cm Howitzer.
