Details:
This 105mm howitzer was the standard German divisional
field gun at the outbreak of WWII. A sound, rugged piece
of ordnance, differing from the earlier leFH 18, by
the addition of a muzzle brake, it served on all fronts
until the end of hostilities.
A number of
vehicles were used as prime movers including the RSO
(see G26) and the SdKfz 251/1
Ausf. A or B Halftracks (see BG01 or BG04). |
