Introduced in March 1918, the Whippet, as the name
implies, was the fastest British tank of the Great War
and has the distinction of being involved in the first
ever Tank vs Tank combat in history.
Captured vehicles
also were used by the Germans and post war they were
used in Ireland and were also exported to Japan.
