The Type 95 "Ha-Go"
was numerically the most important Japanese Light Tank
of WWII with over 1,100 built between 1938 and 1943.
Armed with a
37mm gun and two 7.7mm M.G.'s they were encountered
on all fronts and gave rise to a number of variants.
Amongst these
variants was the Type 98 which replaced the smaller
Type 95 turret with the turret from the Ka-Mi amphibious
tank, but still only armed with a 37mm gun.
