depicts the early Ausf. D production version of the
251 series which was produced from June 1942 until March
1944 when the new disign was introduced (see BG18).
This variant
is the Schutzenpanzerwagen armed with 7.5cm KwK37 L/24
Gun. They saw action on all fronts as support for the
Heavy Armour Infantry Companies.
