The Skoda LTvz35
was the main battle tank of the Czech Army in 1938 and
resultantly 219 of these vehicles were confiscated by
the Germans following the annexation of Czechoslovakia.
They saw
action with the Wehrmact in Poland, France, the Balkans
and Russia and also with some of the other Axis forces
including Bulgaria, Rumania and Slovakia.

This vehicle was
pictured just prior to the invasion of the Low Countries in
1940.
Still retaining
the Czech paint scheme, this vehicle was photographed just
prior to the invasion of Russia as part of the Slovak Fast
Division. These vehicles were also supplied to Germany's other
allies.
