This 75mm PaK40
SPG was based on the captured chassis of the Hotchkiss
H39 Light Tank (BF04), with a total of only 24 being
so converted.
They saw extensive
action with the 21st. Panzer Division in Normandy.
This
highly detailed accurate scale model even has the fine
wire mesh, attatched to the gun shield for the addition
of foliage, superbly replicated.
