This kit contains
optional parts to build either of the three marks listed
above as they all shared the same upgraded Mk.IV hull.
The Mk.IX,
which consisted of the Mk.IV hull with additional applique
armour, and the new style turret from the Mk.VII, but
still retaining the original 6pdr. Gun.
Alternatively
the Mk.X can be built, but using the late 75mm gun.
Finally the
Mk.XI may be built by substituting the 95mm close support
howitzer also included in this kit.
All three entered
service in mid 1944 and saw action throughout NW Europe.
The
kit also contains optional front horns.
All
photographs currently shown are of the 75mm Mk.X version.
