The
lack of a dual purpose British 75mm gun in the North
African campaign had been a great handicap. But following
the successful transfer of a Sherman gun and mantlet
in Tunisia, 120 Mk.IV's were so modified, and given
the designation "NA" for
North Africa. Introduced
in early 1943, and often upgraded with applique armour,
as per our model, they saw action in Sicily and Italy
serving until the end of the war.
This
kit comes with seperate front horns as optional parts.
