Details:
This model represents the first Sherman to go into production
from February 1942 onwards with a total of 6,281 being
built. They were issued to both the US Army and the USMC
and saw service on all fronts. They were also issued to
the British and designated Sherman II,took part in the
Battle of Alemein.
Our model reproduces these early
features including the 3 piece differential housing, direct
vision slots and even has the engine in place for the
diorama builder! The kit contains additional parts to
allow either the American or British vehicle to be built. |
