The M6 GMC, a Dodge weapons carrier armed with the 37mm
M6 anti-tank gun, proved quite inadequate when used in
combat in N.Africa. Resultantly some M6's were stripped
and added to M2 Halftracks. Our model depicts this conversion
as used in Tunisia, Sicily and possibly Normandy. |
