This vehicle
represents the US Army's adoption of British practice
to remove the turrets of redundant light tanks and modifying
the hull for reconnaisance duties.
The T8 was
based on the M5 (US2) and when mine racks were added
this was designated as the T8E1. Used in NW Europe.
Either version can be built from our kit.
