This armoured
trailer was designed to be towed by Tanks, SPGs, Armoured
Cars and Halftracks as well Light Trucks and photographic
evidence confirms all of these vehicles were used and
in every theatre.
This was achieved
by means of an adjustable pintle hitch which allowed
changes in height to be accommodated.
Fully laden
at 2tons, it could carry either 54 5gal. petrol cans,
or 42 105mm, or 93 75mm, or 360 37mm, or 222 81mm rounds!
