Details:
The M3A3 was the final and best production model of
the M3 series entering service in early 1943.
In total
3427 were built and although they did not see action
with the Americans, they were supplied in large numbers
under Lend Lease to Britain (2045
(Stuart V),
Free French (277) and to China (1000).
The British
in turn supplied a number to the Yugoslav Partizans
who also converted some into SP's. (See Y01
& Y02) .
Our
model captures this radically redesigned light tank
and has separate sand shields, .30cal M.G. and has all
hatches open.
