The LCP(L)
was a development of the Higgins Eureka boat with a
draft of only 18 inches!. With a crew of 3, they carried
25 fully laden troops or 8,100lbs. of cargo.
They saw action
on both theatres including the North African landings
(Torch), Guadalcanal, Salerno, Tarawa and even in Normandy!
This
boxed kit comes with a fully illustrated parts list/construction
leaflet with coloured painting details.
